Therefore, we can guarantee high quality products, the meeting of deadlines and a quick response to our customers’ specific needs.

Raw material inflow

Round ingots & blooms from external suppliers

Cutting
- Cutting of ingots & blooms to right size
- 6 CNC saws with cooling
- Metal waste is collected for recycling purposes

Heating
- Heating of cut parts for further processing
- 1 rotating furnace coupled with automatic production line
- 6 forging furnaces

Upsetting
- Heated parts are pressed down into rings
- 4.000 tonnes press with integrated punch
- 3 press tables

Ring Rolling
- Pressed rings rolled to various diameters
- Rolling mill with power of160t/160t
- Possibility to activate hydraulic boost to 200t/200t

Heat treatment
- Additional heat treatment to rolled rings
- 8 heating furnaces
- 4 quenching baths: water or oil tanks
- Air quenching

Machining
- Machining is largely subcontracted
- Rough machined and semi-finished products
- Machining project to integrate capabilities in-house

Quality control
- Manual control of dimensions, ultrasonic tests, hardness testing
- Destructive testing in laboratory
- Specific requests according to customer specifications

Packaging and shipping
- Loading onto pallets and shipments by road transport
- Transportation subcontracted to partners or pick
