Steel cutting
- Cutting of ingots & blooms to right size
- 6 CNC saws with cooling
- Metal waste is collected for recycling

Steel heating
- Heating of cut parts for further processing
- 1 rotating furnace coupled with automatic production line
- 6 forging furnaces

Heated steel upsetting
- Heated parts are pressed down into rings
- 4.000 tonnes press with integrated punch
- 3 press tables

Steel ring rolling
- Pressed rings rolled to various diameters
- Rolling mill with power of160t/160t
- Possibility of activating hydraulic boost to 200t/200t

Steel ring heat treatment
- Additional heat treatment to rolled rings
- 8 heating furnaces
- 4 quenching baths: water or oil tanks
- Air quenching

Steel ring machining
- Machining is largely subcontracted
- Rough machined and semi-finished products
- Machining project to integrate capabilities in-house

Forged products quality control
- Manual control of dimensions, ultrasonic tests, hardness testing
- Destructive testing in laboratory
- Specific requests according to customer specifications

Forged products packaging and shipping
- Loading onto pallets and shipments by road transport
- Transport subcontracted to our partners or carriers of your choice
